Delighted to be giving a guest lecture tomorrow Monday 20th June at Freie Universität Berlin about “Institutional Cultures in the Production of US Counter-terrorism Propaganda” for the John F Kennedy Institute. Read more about the talk here. It will explore changes in how legitimacy was constructed and the role of institutional cultures in shaping propaganda processes during conflict.
I’ve been enjoying Berlin and met up yesterday with Robert Entman who is based here as a visiting scholar. I’m also looking forward to meeting staff from the Graduate School of North American Studies and hearing more about the important research that goes on there.
